OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS CARE

KIDS FUN @ EAST TORRENS
 
Kidsfun @ East Torrens is our OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) program.
The program provides 'Before School' and 'After School' Care in addition to Vacation Care and Full Day Care for Pupil Free days and School Closures.
 
 
 
SERVICE VISION AND PHILOSOPHY
 
We believe that OSHC is a valuable and integral part of
East Torrens Primary School and a well respected service within the
local community. It is a space for children to have fun, enjoy
playing together and develop their social skills and develop new friendships.
 
Kidsfun @ East Torrens Primary School OSHC aims to provide a
high quality recreational care service for Primary School aged children within a supportive and interactive environment.

   HOURS

Before School Care:
7:30am - 8:30am
After School Care:
3:00pm - 6:00pm
Vacation Care:
7:30am - 6:00pm
Pupil Free Days
7:30am - 6:00pm
 
Information about the Vacation Care program and times are made
available via the SkoolBag app or at the Front Office before the
end of each school term.
 
The service is closed on public holidays and over the
Christmas/New Year break.
 
 
ENROLMENT
 
Students must be enrolled before they can attend OSHC.

Parents and caregivers of students with medical conditions are required to provide the following forms prior to their childs attendance.

Medical Management Plan (e.g. Seizure management plan)

Medical Action Plan (e.g. Asthma action plan)

Medication Agreement form (HSP151)

Health Support Agreement for education and care form (HSP120)

Safety and Risk Management Plan form (HSP121)

Medication must be handed to a staff member and be accompanied by a letter from your doctor. Parents need to also sign a permission notice for staff to administer medication.

BOOKINGS
 
Bookings can be made by contacting the OSHC Office or
via the Xplor Home app.
 
 
PAYMENTS
 
OSHC fees can be paid by:
  •  Cash (paid at school Finance Office
  • Internet banking (see below for account details)
Cash is NOT ACCEPTED at OSHC.
If you wish to pay via cash you will need to visit the school Finance Office.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Cashless payments are the preferred option with the current COVID-19 restrictions.
